TURF INSTALLATION
JA FAIR K8
The Little Rock School District is requesting SEALED bids from qualified licensed contractors to provide for TURF INSTALLATION at JA FAIR K8 .
A MANDATORY pre-bid meeting and walk-thru for this project will be held on January 11, 2023 at JA Fair K8, 13420 David O. Dodd Little Rock AR 72210. The meeting will begin promptly at 10:00 AM. All potential bidders must attend this meeting to be eligible to submit a bid.
Plans and specifications can be examined and are obtainable from Southern Reprographics , 901 W 7th ST Little Rock, Arkansas 72201, (501) 372-4011. A deposit is required for all printed sets in the amount of $150; checks made payable to Lewis Architects Engineers. Deposits are refundable up to 2 sets when sets are returned in good usable condition within 7 days after bid opening. Obtaining contract documents through any source other than the Design Professional listed above or their representative(s) is not advisable due to the risks of receiving incomplete or inaccurate information. Contract documents obtained through the Design Professional or their representative(s) are considered the official version and take precedence should any discrepancies occur.
Bid forms are available online at https://lrsd.ionwave.net . Interested bidders must register at this site to download bid forms and submit a bid electronically. This is the preferred method of submission. Bidders must conform to the requirements of the Arkansas State Licensing Law for Commercial Contractors.
Sealed paper bids to this invitation may be submitted, with prior approval, to the Procurement Department (1800 E. 6th Street, Little Rock AR 72202) by mail or in person no later than 1:00 PM. January 18, 2022. The sealed envelope must be labeled with bid number, title, opening date, contractor name, license number and time of bid.
The District reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any formalities in bids received. Price alone may not be the determining factor. Award will be based upon those considerations, which are in the best interest of the District and will be made to the responsive, responsible bidder whose bid is judged to be the most effective and economical for the purpose intended, according to the requirements and specifications stated in the Invitation for Bids.
