Public Notice of RFQ for Engineering Services
Date: January 28th, 2024
Poinsett County has received an Arkansas Community and Economic Development Program (ACEDP) grant from the Arkansas Economic Development Commission to renovate a homeless shelter located in Trumann, AR.
Poinsett County is interested in acquiring the services of an Architecture firm/Engineering firm or individual to provide services for the above-referenced project.
Procedures for selection of an individual/firm will be in accordance with ACEDP procurement requirements. All responses will be evaluated in terms of specialized experience and technical competence; performance; capacity and capability of the firm/individual to perform work; and proximity to and familiarity with the project area. Negotiations will begin with the respondent obtaining the highest total score in the evaluation process.
Interested parties are invited to secure a Request for Qualifications package from East Arkansas Planning & Development District by emailing Miranda Sullens, msullens@EAPDD.com
All interested parties must submit three copies of their response to the Request for Qualifications package to Poinsett County c/o Judge J.C. Carter, 401 Market Street Harrisburg, AR 72432. Statements of Qualifications will be accepted no later than 4:00 pm, February 5th, 2024.
