REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL
Arkansas State University Mid-South is soliciting a qualified program evaluator to provide a final evaluation of its Title III Predominantly Black Institutions (PBI) Grant.
Solicitors must have previous experience evaluating at least three PBI or Title III-A grant projects, must have familiarity with requirements, guidelines and compliance requirements of Title III projects and previous experience working with programs addressing the economic, educational, and social challenges inherent to the Arkansas Delta is a plus.
