Sealed bids from licensed contractors for construction of City of Nashville West Side Pressure Improvements Project in Nashville, Arkansas, will be received by the City of Nashville at Nashville City Hall, located at 426 N. Main St., Nashville, Arkansas 71852 until 11:00 AM on Monday, November 7, 2022 and then at said location publicly opened and read aloud.
The scope of work consists of a booster pump station and other miscellaneous appurtenances to the water distribution system. The Instruction to Bidders, ACEDP grant requirements, Bid and Contract Forms, Plans, Specifications, and other contract documents may be examined and obtained ($75.00 cost per set obtained) at Civil Engineering Associates, LLC, 515 Oak Street, Suite C, Conway, Arkansas 72032.
The owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. Bidders may not withdraw their bids within 30 days after the date of bid opening and must provide bid bonds as required. All bidding processes shall be in accordance with State law.
