Sealed bids from licensed contractors for the plumbing connections of low and moderate income residents to the City of Alpena, Arkansas, will be received until Monday, September 18, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. and then publicly opened and read aloud at the Alpena City Hall, 208 W Main Street, Alpena, AR 72611.
The scope of work consists of:
73 hookups to residential homes for sewer service/pump, crush & fill existing septic tanks
