Health Clinic for Darby Middle School
Nabholz Construction will be accepting subcontractor bids for all trades on Tuesday, September 12, 2023, for the New Health Clinic for Darby Middle School. Proposals will be due at 2:00 PM. Bidders may email their bids to leo.castillo@nabholz.com . Additionally, bidders can submit their proposal online via Building Connected. Bids will be privately opened. A bid security (Bid Bond) of 5% for proposals greater than $100,000 is required to be included with the proposal. Project Description: This project is for a new school-based health facility at Darby Middle School. The new construction from the ground up will require all trades from sitework to architectural finishes and MEP for a complete functional building.
A job walk and pre-bid meeting will be held on August 29th at 1:00 pm at the Darby Middle School (1420 North H Street, Fort Smith, AR 72901) at the parking lot on the north side.

All bids shall be submitted in accordance with all state, regulatory, and licensing requirements, and all requirements of the Construction Manager’s Manual. To be considered, bidders must be licensed on day of bid. Nabholz Construction Services and Fort Smith Public Schools reserve the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informality or irregularity in any bid. Nabholz Construction Services encourages all subcontractors from the Greater River Valley and neighboring areas to submit bids for this project. In like manner, all small, minority-owned, women-owned, or disadvantaged business enterprises are also highly encouraged to participate in the biding process for this project.
