Sealed bids from licensed contractors for construction of the installation of a new insulated metal roofing system and the renovation of two restrooms to make them accessible at the Camden Community Center, Camden, Arkansas, will be received by City of Camden, in the Council Chamber at 206 Van Buren, Camden, Arkansas until 1:00 p.m on Tuesday, December 13,2022 and then at said location publicly opened and read aloud.
The scope of work consists of the installation of a new insulated metal roofing system and the renovation of two restrooms to make them accessible construction to Bidders, ACEDP grant requirements, Bid and Contract Forms, Plans, Specifications, and other contract documents may be examined and are obtainable from Southern Reprographics, 901 West 7th Street, Little Rock, Arkansas; 501-372-4011. Documents are available in both electronic and hard copies. Interested parties are responsible for payment for any physical or electronic sets. The payment is non-refundable. NO PARTIAL SETS WILL BE ISSUED.
MANDATORY PRE-BID CONFERENCE
Interested Prime Bidders are required to attend a mandatory pre-bid conference to inspect the site of proposed construction. This conference will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, December 2, 2022 at the project site. Prime Bidders are requested to bring interested Sub-Bidders and Suppliers to the pre-bid conference.
