ADVERTISEMENT AND NOTICE
The Walnut Ridge Regional Airport Commission, Walnut Ridge, Arkansas is hereby soliciting sealed proposals to provide Aviation Gasoline (100LL) and Jet Fuel w/additive. Sealed proposals will be received by the Airport Manager until Monday, September 25, 2023 at 1pm. Sealed Bids will be opened at 6:00PM ON September 25, 2023 at the Airport Terminal Building. Proposals may be mailed or hand delivered to the address below:

Contracts will be subject to the provisions of Executive Order 11246 (Affirmative Action to Ensure Equal Opportunity) and to the provisions of Department of Transportation Regulations 49 CFR Part 23 (Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Participation). Also, the contract will be for 3 years with two (2) possible one (1) year extensions.
To be considered for these services, please provide four (4) copies of your Statement of Qualifications, including pricing structure, quality of product and experience, along with references to: Stacy Hoggard, Walnut Ridge Regional Airport, 11 Sky Watch, Walnut Ridge, AR, 72476 by .Monday, September 25, 2023 at 1pm.
The Walnut Ridge Airport reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to do redo the bid process.
