MONITORING SERVICES
The Workforce Development Board of Eastern Arkansas (WDBEA) is soliciting Request for Proposals for monitoring of the One-Stop Operator and WIOA Title IB Service Provider.
Copies of Request for Proposals may be obtained by emailing heather.pipkin@wdbea.org .
All bids must be received no later than 12:00 p.m. March 10, 2023 in PDF format via email to heather.pipkin@wdbea.org . The WDBEA reserves the right to reject any and all proposals. Specific requirements are outlined in the RFP. Funding is limited and is WIOA Title I funds. PY22 Budget for WIOA, Adult, DLW, Youth, and OSO is $865,755.00, which is100% federal funds. Funds utilized for the purpose of responding to this RFP are the sole responsibility of the proposer and shall not be included in final or actual funding amounts.
