Request for Bond Counsel Qualifications Advertisement
The City of Hope, AR is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from Bond Counsel firms to provide bond counseling services related to capital improvements at our wastewater treatment facilities. The City of Hope, AR has been approved for capital improvement funding through the Arkansas Natural Resource Commission (ANRC). All SOQ’s are required to be sealed. All SOQ’s received will be reviewed per City requirements. One (1) hard copy of your Statement must be mailed to the City of Hope, attention City Clerk Amber Murr, PO Box 667 Hope, AR 71802, or hand/special delivery to the physical address of 206 W Avenue A Hope, AR 71801, no later than September 14, 2023 at 2 PM. For further information, please contact Amber Murr 870-777-6701. The City of Hope, AR reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, and to waive any or all formalities and technicalities.
Pursuant to Arkansas Code Annotated §22-9-203, the City of Hope encourages all qualified small, minority, and women-owned businesses to bid on and receive contracts for goods, services, and construction. SOQ’s shall be submitted in sealed envelopes labeled: 2024 Bond Counsel Service s SOQ with the name and address of the respondent.
SOQ’s shall be submitted in accordance with specifications. These specifications may be received via email provided by contacting Amber Murr, City Clerk at 870-777-6701. Each respondent is required to supply all information requested. Failure to do so may be used as basis of rejection.
