PUBLIC NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS (RFQ) FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES
The City of Bay, Arkansas, is interested in acquiring the services of an engineer to provide the necessary services for the design of Wastewater Improvements to the City of Bay’s wastewater system.
The project is proposed to be funded by a USDA/Rural Development loan and/or grant, or other funding sources.
Procedures for selection of an engineer will be in accordance with procurement requirements of Arkansas State Law.
Interested parties are invited to submit a Qualifications package to Mayor Paul Keith, City of Bay, PO Box 99,220 Elder Street, Bay, AR 72411. Responses should be submitted to the mayor at the above address, no later than 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, September 21, 2023.
