Sealed bids from licensed contractors for construction of Paris Christian Center Dining Hall,
wood framed construction. 2,250 s.f., will be received at Paris City Hall, 100 N. Express Street, Paris AR until 2:00 p.m., June 15, 2023, and then at said location publicly opened and read aloud.
The scope of work consists of site work and building construction of a 2,250 s.f. wood framed building. Bidders, ACEDP grant requirements, Bid and Contract Forms, Plans, Specifications, and other contract documents may be examined and obtained as follows:
Electronic PDF files are available from the Architect of all plans and specifications. PDF files will only be issued to the General Contractors. Sub-contractors and Suppliers are to obtain pdf files from the General Contractors.
General Contractors, Sub-Contractors and Suppliers are required to pay all printing cost if
hard copies are requested and/or required. Documents will be on file at Fort Smith Blueprint for hard copies of plans and specifications.
The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. Bidders may not withdraw their bids within 30 days after the date of bid opening and must provide bid bonds as required. All bidding processes shall be in accordance with State law.
