Electronic bids in the form of a Request for Proposal for the Lake Fayetteville Softball Complex in Fayetteville, AR will be accepted by Crossland Heavy Contractors in care of, the City of Fayetteville on the virtual bid platform CivCast until 2 pm on June 13th, 2023.
The Lake Fayetteville Softball Complex is an improvement project to the existing softball complex. The project will consist of approximately 45,000 SF of artificial infield turf and associated drainage work, storm drainage & site drainage improvements, demolition of existing concrete sidewalks, construction of new ADA accessible sidewalks throughout the complex, landscaping, electrical work, upgrades to field fencing and backstops, and replacement of site furnishings including bleachers, benches, dugouts and bases.

Pre-Bid Conference/Site Investigation: An optional pre-bid conference will be held at 9 am on Friday, June 2nd for all parties. All bidders are encouraged to review the worksite and attend the Pre-Bid Conference held at the Lake Fayetteville Softball Complex.
