REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS (RFQ): ARCHITECTURAL AND ENGINEERING SERVICES
CITY OF SEARCY, ARKANSAS
Notice is hereby given that the City of Searcy is seeking qualifications from firms interested in providing engineering, architectural, and land surveying services for street, drainage, bridge, trails, parks, and other city projects in Searcy, Arkansas. The intent for the accepted responses to this solicitation to be considered for all engineering and architectural selections for the following twelve months.
The City reserves the right to issue a separate RFQ at any time for any job specific engineering and/or architectural selection.
All interested firms should provide general information on the firm, the firm’s experience on similar projects, and a resume of key personnel to:

All proposers shall submit one (1) paper copy of the Statement of Qualification (SOQ) as well as one (1) electronic copy. All responses must be received no later than October 5, 2023 at 4:00 pm. Any responses received after this deadline will not be considered.
The qualifications will be kept on file for one year. As projects are defined and budgeted, proposals will be reviewed and a firm shall be selected from the proposals on file.
