Notice of Bid: Kinco Constructors, LLC with partner Consolidated Construction, Inc (CCI) have been selected as construction manager for the Pulaski County Special School District (PCSSD) ? Maumelle High School Athletic Facilities located at 100 Victory Lane, Maumelle, Arkansas 72113. Subcontractors and suppliers interested in the project may obtain bid information and construction documents by calling the Kinco Little Rock office at 501-225-7606.
Construction includes a new baseball field, softball field, soccer field, competition track and indoor field house with locker rooms.
All bidders must comply with the State of Arkansas contractor licensing requirements, be prequalified with Kinco Constructors, meet mandatory insurance requirements, and be able to provide all necessary bid and payment/performance bonds for the work.
Kinco and CCI encourage all minority owned companies to participate in the bid process and submit proposals on all trade packages their companies perform.
