Northside High School HVAC Replacement
Nabholz Construction will be accepting subcontractor bids on Thursday, January 19, 2023, for the Northside High School
HVAC Replacement project. Proposals will be due at 2:00 PM. Bidders may email their bids to leo.castillo@nabholz.com .
Additionally, bidders can submit their proposal online via Building Connected. Bids will be privately opened. A bid
security (Bid Bond) of 5% for proposals greater than $100,000 is required to be included with the proposal. Any
questions or RFI’s regarding this project must be sent in writing to leo.castillo@nabholz.com by 5:00 PM on January 6,
2023. Project Description: As part of the indoor air quality goals, heating and ventilation units will be replaced at
Northside High School. Additional work that results from these changes are electrical upgrades, roofing and structural
modifications, and ceiling replacement.

All bids shall be submitted in accordance with all state, regulatory, and licensing requirements, and all requirements of the Construction Manager’s Manual. To be considered, bidders must be licensed on day of bid. Nabholz Construction
Services and Fort Smith Public Schools reserve the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informality or irregularity in any bid.
