Wastewater Collection Rehab
ACEDP Grant #790-09226
Sealed bids from licensed contractors for construction of City of Pangburn Wastewater Collection Rehab Project in Pangburn, Arkansas, will be received by the City of Pangburn at Pangburn City Hall, located at 503 Searcy, Pangburn, Arkansas 72121 until 11:00 AM on Thursday, January 5, 2023 and then at said location publicly opened and read aloud.
The scope of work consists of televising and cleaning the existing wastewater system, identifying areas of infiltration, and repairing the identified issues. The Instruction to Bidders, ACEDP grant requirements, Bid and Contract Forms, Plans, Specifications, and other contract documents may be examined and obtained ($50.00 cost per set obtained) at Civil Engineering Associates, LLC, 515 Oak Street, Suite C, Conway, Arkansas 72032.
Awarded Contractor is required to be registered with SAM.gov and registration shall be currently active. Current registration is not required to bid, but will be required prior to contract award. Should the contractor being recommended for contract award not have current SAM.gov registration, proof of current registration shall be provided to the Owner within the 30-day period in which bids may not be withdrawn. Failure to provide proof will result in bid disqualification.
The owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. Bidders may not withdraw their bids within 30-days after the date of bid opening and must provide bid bonds as required. All bidding processes shall be in accordance with State law.
The cost of this publication is $276.32, and payment is the responsibility of the City of Pangburn, AR. To request bidding information or obtain further information contact:
