REQUEST FOR BIDS
Sealed bids will be accepted at the Utility Manager’s office, Hope Water & Light (HWL), 105 N. Elm Street, P.O. Box 2020, Hope, AR 71802-2020 until 10:00 a.m. Thursday July 13, 2023 for a Drive-thru Payment Receiving System Installation at which time the bids will be publicly opened. Any bids received after this time shall be returned unopened. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) calendar days after the bid opening. HWL will review all bids and reserves the right to reject any or all bids. HWL reserves the right to award the bid in the best interest of HWL.
