Request for Bond Counsel Qualifications
Tumbling Shoals Water Authority is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from Bond Counsel firms to provide bond counseling services related to water system improvements. TSWA has been approved for capital improvement funding through the Arkansas Natural Resource Commission (ANRC). All SOQ’s are required to be sealed. One (1) hard copy of your Statement must be mailed to:
Tumbling Shoals Water Authority,2440 Heber Springs Rd N, Tumbling Shoals, AR 72581 no later than October 23, 2023 at 4:00 p.m.

Pursuant to Arkansas Code Annotated §22-9-203, TSWA encourages all qualified small, minority, and women-owned businesses to bid on and receive contracts for goods, services, and construction. SOQ’s shall be submitted in sealed envelopes labeled: Bond Counsel Services SOQ with the name and address of the respondent.
