Separate sealed bids for the construction of ArDOT 061762 Frazier Pike Railroad Signal Upgrade (Little Rock)(S), will be received by the Little Rock Port Authorithy at the Arkansas River Resource Center, 10600 Industrial Harbor Dr., Little Rock, AR 72206 until 2 P.M. Central Time on Thursday, May 4, 2023 , and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud.
The project consists of the construction of a new light, gates, and sidelights at a Little Rock Port Authority Railroad crossing of Frazier Pike.
A pre-bid conference is scheduled for 10 A.M.. Tuesday, April 25, 2023 , at the Arkansas River Resource Center, 10600 Industrial Harbor Dr., Little Rock, AR 72206 . Potential contractors must attend the pre-bid conference to be eligible to bid this project.
The CONTRACT DOCUMENTS, consisting of Advertisement for Bids, Instruction to Bidders, Bid and Bid Bond, Agreement, General Conditions, Supplementary Conditions, Payment Bond, Performance Bond, Maintenance Bond, Business Relations Affidavit, Non-Collusion Affidavit, Certificate of Owner’s Attorney, Drawings, Specifications, and Addenda, may be examined at the following locations:

Bids submitted using SPECIFICATIONS AND CONTRACT DOCUMENTS obtained from any other source than the ones listed below will be subject to rejection. Copies of the CONTRACT DOCUMENTS may be obtained at the office of Southern Reprographics, 901 W. 7th Street, Little Rock, AR 72201 upon payment of $ 100.00 for each set (plus postage and handling, if mailed), none of which will be refunded.
