Request for General Contractor Statement of Qualifications
The Madison County Regional Water District is accepting statements of qualifications from General Contractors licensed by the State of Arkansas Contractors Licensing Board to provide, general contractor services for upgrades, rehabilitation, expansion, and new facilities at the Madison County Regional Water District Water Treatment Plant located at 22701 Pinetop Road, Rogers, Arkansas 72756, Raw Water Intake and Pumping Station located near the treatment plant, and construction of a new booster pumping station at a yet to be determined location inside of or near Huntsville, Arkansas.
To be considered, statements of qualification shall be received at the office of Engineering Services, Inc., 1207 South Old Missouri Road, Springdale, Arkansas, 72764 or by U.S. mail c/o Engineering Services, Inc., P.O. Box 282, Springdale, Arkansas, 72765-0282 by Tuesday, May 2, 2023 before 2:00 PM, local time.

Statements of qualification submitted shall be qualified to do business and licensed in accordance with all applicable laws of the state and local governments where the project is located.
Pursuant to Arkansas Code Annotated ยง22-9-203 the Madison County Regional Water District encourages all qualified small, minority and women business enterprises to bid on and receive contracts for goods, services, and construction. Also, Madison County Regional Water District encourages all general contractors to subcontract portions of their contract to qualified small, minority and women business enterprises.
The Madison County Regional Water District reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive irregularities therein, and all Proposers shall agree that such rejection shall be without liability on the part of the Madison County Regional Water District for any damage or claim brought by any Proposer because of such rejections, nor shall the Proposers seek any recourse of any kind against the Madison County Regional Water District because of such rejections. The filing of any Proposal in response to this invitation shall constitute an agreement of the Proposer to these conditions.
