Bids for Monticello School District – Monticello High School Billie Arena – Monticello, Arkansas
Clark Contractors, LLC will be accepting electronic bids via email for the Monticello High School Billie Arena by no later than 2:00 PM on May 2, 2023. The following bid packages will bid at this time:
1. Metal Composite Material Wall Panels
2. Entrances, Storefronts, Windows, Glazing
PROCESS FOR SUBMITTING BIDS:
Electronic Bid proposals shall be sent to Clark Contractors, Attention: Kane Philley; kphilley@clarkcontractors.net . Electronic bids must be based on a lump sum contract. A 5% bid bond or cashier’s check will be required with your bid. All electronic bid proposals must be submitted on the Bid Form that will be provided by Clark Contractors, LLC. The Bid Form will be made available on Building Connected or by request to kphilley@clarkcontractors.net . There will not be a public bid opening.
EXAMINATION OF BIDDING DOCUMENTS:
Bidding documents may be examined at the following locations:

Capitol Blueprint, 601 S. Ringo St., Little Rock, Arkansas 72201;

Online plan room (Building Connected)

Obtaining contract documents through any source other than Clark Contractors, LLC or their representatives is not advisable due to the risks of receiving incomplete or inaccurate information. Contract documents obtained through Clark Contractors, LLC or their representatives are considered the official set of the contract documents and take precedence should any discrepancies occur. The official version of the complete set of the contract documents should be examined and are obtainable from Clark Contractors, LLC, 15825 Cantrell Road, Little Rock, Arkansas 72223, (Phone: (501) 868-3133; Fax: (501) 868-3104).
OBLIGATIONS OF BIDDERS:
Successful bidders providing a complete, responsive, and responsible bid will be required to execute (without alterations) a Subcontract Agreement with Clark Contractors, LLC based on the Clark Master Subcontract Agreement. Additionally, bidders must comply with all requirements of the Clark Contractors, LLC Sample Certificate of Insurance, applicable Clark Scope Sheet(s), and Project Schedule.
All bidders must submit a current Clark Prequalification Form to Clark Contractors, LLC prior to submitting their bid for this project (if bidder has entered into a Subcontract or Purchase Order in the past 12 months, no prequalification will be required).
Bidders shall conform to the requirements of the Arkansas licensing laws and regulations for contractors and shall be licensed before a bid is submitted.
No bidder may withdraw their Bid within thirty (30) days after the actual date of the bid opening.
Clark Contractors, LLC and Monticello School District reserve the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informality or irregularity in the bid.
