Notice is hereby given that the City of North Little Rock’s Commerce Department will receive sealed bids until, Monday, January 29, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. on the following:
Asbestos Abatement of 4116 East Washington Avenue
(Formerly Godsey’s Cleaners),
North Little Rock, Arkansas
The City will open the building on Friday, January 19, 2024 at 1:00 p.m. for any potential bidders to walk through the building.
Specifications and required bid forms may be secured from the City of North Little Rock, Department of Commerce and Government Affairs, 120 Main Street in North Little Rock or www.nlr.ar.gov . The right is reserved by the City of North Little Rock to reject any or all bids, in whole or part, or award items separately, or to waive informalities in bids received.
