LIGHTING RENOVATIONS
OTTER CREEK, MABELVALE MIDDLE, MABELVALE ELEM, CHICOT
The Little Rock School District is requesting SEALED bids from qualified licensed contractors to provide for LIGHTING RENOVATIONS at OTTER CREEK, MABELVALE MIDDLE, MABELVALE ELEM, CHICOT .
A MANDATORY pre-bid meeting and walk-thru for this project will be held on November 22, 2022 starting at Otter Creek Elementary, 16000 Otter Creek Parkway Little Rock, AR 72210, followed immediately by Mabelvale Middle, 10811 Mabelvale West Mabelvale AR 72103, then Mabelvale Elementary, 9401 Mabelvale Cutoff Mabelvale, AR 72103, and ending at Chicot Elementary, 11100 Chicot Road Mabelvale, AR 72103. The meetings will begin promptly at 9:00 AM. All potential bidders must attend these meetings to be eligible to submit a bid.

Contract Documents can be examined at Pettit & Pettit Consulting Engineers, Inc. 201 East Markham, Suite 400, Little Rock, AR (501) 374-3731. Obtaining contract documents through any source other than the Design Professional listed above or their representative(s) is not advisable due to the risks of receiving incomplete or inaccurate information. Contract documents obtained through the Design Professional or their representative(s) are considered the official version and take precedence should any discrepancies occur.
Bid forms are available online at https://lrsd.ionwave.net . Interested bidders must register at this site to download bid forms and submit a bid electronically. This is the preferred method of submission. Bidders must conform to the requirements of the Arkansas State Licensing Law for Commercial Contractors.
Sealed paper bids to this invitation may also be submitted, with prior approval, to the Procurement Department (1800 E. 6th Street, Little Rock AR 72202) by mail or in person no later than 1:00 PM. December 1, 2022. The sealed envelope must be labeled with bid number, title, contract name, license number and time of bid.
The District reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any formalities in bids received. Price alone may not be the determining factor. Award will be based upon those considerations, which are in the best interest of the District and will be made to the responsive, responsible bidder whose bid is judged to be the most effective and economical for the purpose intended, according to the requirements and specifications stated in the Invitation for Bids.
