REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS ? CONSTRUCTION MANAGER ? MAIN LIBRARY. The Central Arkansas Library System is seeking a qualified firm to serve as the Construction Manager, where the Construction Manager is also the Contractor for the Main Library located at 100 Rock Street in Little Rock. The RFQ should include, but is not limited to: renovation of 5 story building, including the basement, as well selected exterior upgrades; the addition of outdoor meeting spaces; and to redesign areas on other floors of the building to accommodate changing functions. RFQ specifications and project information may be obtained by email at Livy@cals.org . All interested parties must submit their response to the RFQ package to Lance Ivy, Central Arkansas Library System, 100 Rock Street, Little Rock, AR 72201. Deadline for submission of RFQ is 12:00 p.m., Friday, December 9th, 2022.
