Bid Number: AGFC Statement of Qualifications for the renovation of museum type displays at all Nature Centers statewide over a five (5) year period.

Description: Statement of qualifications for the solicitation of professional service providers that are interested in being contracted by the Arkansas Game and Fish Commission. This services desired involve performing the design-build work to selectively renovate the Agency’s Nature Center museum-type displays over a five (5) year period. There are five (5) Nature Center locations statewide and this will be five (5) year contract with the Agency.

Proposals shall not be accepted after the designated bid opening date and time. In accordance with Arkansas
Procurement Law and Rules, it is the responsibility of vendors to submit proposals at the designated location on or before the bid opening date and time. Proposals received after the designated bid opening date and time shall be considered late and shall be returned to the vendor without further review. It is not necessary to return "no bids" to the Agency.
