Additions & Renovations to Mulberry Community Food Pantry
ACEDP Grant #795-00030-20
Sealed bids from licensed contractors for construction of the Addition and Renovation to the
Mulberry Community Food Pantry in Mulberry, Arkansas, will be received by the City of
Mulberry, at 606 Church Avenue, Mulberry, Arkansas until 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday,
December 6, 2022 , and then at said location publicly opened and read aloud.
The scope of work consists of a cooler, freezer addition to the existing building, ACEDP
grant requirements, Bid and Contract Forms, Plans, Specifications, and other contract
documents may be examined and obtained at MAHG Architecture, Inc.
Interested Contractors are strongly recommended to attend a Pre-Bid Meeting. The PreBid Meeting will be held at 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday, November 22 , 2022 at the
Mulberry Community Food Pantry, 610 Church Avenue, Mulberry, Arkansas.
The owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. Bidders
may not withdraw their bids within 30 days after the date of bid opening and must provide
bid bonds as required. All bidding processes shall be in accordance with State law.
