The City of West Memphis seeks qualified engineering firms to submit a Statements of Qualifications to produce the Preliminary Engineering Report (PER) for a U.S. Economic Development Administration Public Works Grant opportunity. The Project scope involves preliminary engineering to understand the feasibility, the development and capital costs of certain design options for debris mitigation and deflector systems to improve river flows and the serviceability of the Port of West Memphis main dock area as well as construction management.
