EMERGENCY GENERATOR AND AUTOMATIC TRANSFER SWITCH AT WELL #1
ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
The City of Cave City will receive sealed Bids for furnishing an EMERGENCY GENERATOR AND AN AUTOMATIC TRANSFER SWITCH AT WELL #1. Bids will be received until 2:00PM D.S.T. on July 12, 2023, at the office of the Engineer, Harbor Environmental, 5800 Evergreen Drive, Little Rock, AR 72205. Bids received after this date and time will not be accepted. Bids will be opened and publicly read aloud immediately after the specified closing time. All interested parties are invited to attend.
The scope of work consists of furnishing an 80 KW emergency generator and a 150 amp automatic transfer switch at Well #1. Instruction to Bidders, Bid and Contract Forms, Specifications, and other contract documents may be examined and obtained digitally at www.QuestCDN.com or the Harbor Plan Room at www.harborenv.com upon payment of $25.00. The digital documents may be reproduced at any local reproduction company, or Southern Reprographics in Little Rock can print and ship. The Quest project number is 8574558. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum price basis.

Bidders must be licensed wholesale suppliers of electric generators qualified for doing business in the State of Arkansas. Bidders will be required to provide verifiable documentation that they have performed similar work for the past 5 years as well as have a staff of service technicians to provide service or repair work as needed.
Bidders must have the ability to respond within 48 hours with a service technician on site in the event of an emergency.

The Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject bids and to postpone the award of the Contract for a period of time which shall not exceed beyond 30 days from the bid opening date.
