NOTICE TO BIDDERS
El Dorado Water Utilities will accept SEALED BIDS for the purchase of chemicals. Specifications are on file and may be obtained at the Utility office located at 500 North Washington, El Dorado, AR. Inquiries should be directed to John Peppers at 870-862-6451. SEALED BIDS must be presented on or before 1:30 P.M., November 3, 2023 in the Administration office at 500 North Washington, El Dorado, Arkansas.
Please specify on the outside of the envelope that it contains a BID. Ark. Stat Ann. Sec. 19-11-259 provides 5% preference to Arkansas firms over non-resident firms. Please include your request for 5% Arkansas preference, if applicable.
El Dorado Water Utilities reserves the right to reject any or all bids received.
