Nabholz Construction – Little Rock is accepting subcontractor / supplier pricing on the above referenced project. We invite you to bid on your scope of work.
A BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE PROJECT IS AS FOLLOWS: Renovation of UA Little Rock’s exterior sitework at the existing Bailey Alumni Center on the North end of the existing campus in Little Rock, AR. Consists of site demo, earthwork, storm drainage, concrete, hardscape, landscape with irrigation, electrical.
Plans, specifications and bid documents will be available for reviewing electronically thru “BuildingConnected”. These digital documents can be accessed through a “Building Connected Invitation Notice”. Request access to this project on Building Connected for all bidding updates, addendum, bid forms, prebid meeting dates, etc...( burt.browning@nabholz.com ) Plans and Specifications have already been uploaded to “BuildingConnected”.
BIDS are to be emailed to Burt Browning ( burt.browning@nabholz.com ) or dropped off at Nabholz 1718 Aldersgate Rd., Little Rock AR 72205 by 2:00 pm CST on March 16, 2023.
Bids are to be on a lump sum basis and must be filled out on the Nabholz Bid Form. Email bid form with bid bond to Burt Browning ( burt.browning@nabholz.com ). Original copy of bid form / bid bond must be mailed to Nabholz Construction, 1718 Aldersgate Road, Little Rock, AR 72205 (Attention: Burt Browning) within 24 hours of bid date/time if emailing bid form.
Bids shall include all labor, material, applicable taxes, insurance, equipment, etc., for a complete job / scope of work. If your bid or proposal on this project exceeds $50,000, please send a copy of your current Arkansas Contractors License. Bid bond is required for all bids exceeding $20,000. Once bids are received, they will be reviewed for completeness, and the responsible lowest bidder will be notified. All bids will be taken under advisement.
PREBID MEETING / SITE VISIT will be March 14, 2022 at 12:00 pm CST. Location of the Prebid Meeting / Site Visit is 2801 S. University Ave, Little Rock AR 72204. Parking will be on campus. A campus map with designated locations will be uploaded to BuildingConnected soon.
Bidders must comply with regulatory and licensing requirements of the State of Arkansas and other applicable Arkansas statutes. To be considered, bidders must be licensed/registered on day of bid opening. Nabholz and the Owner reserve the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informality or irregularity in any bid.
