Public Notice of RFQ for Auditors
Date: March 5, 2023
The City of Alpena is interested in acquiring the services of an auditor who is certified to prepare an audit as per the Single Audit Act, OMB Circular 2 CFR 200 Subpart E and F (Formerly OMB A-133) and General Accepted Government Auditing Standards.
Procedures for selection of an individual/firm will be in accordance with ACEDP procurement requirements. All responses will be evaluated in terms of specialized experience and technical competence; performance; capacity and capability of the firm/individual to perform work; peer review; and proximity to and familiarity with the project area. Negotiations will begin with the respondent obtaining the highest total score in the evaluation process.
