REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATION
CONSTRUCTION MANAGER
Shirley School District is soliciting responses from interested persons for Construction Manager Services for renovations for a School Based Health Center on two high school classrooms.
Written responses will be considered if received by 2:00 pm on January 20, 2023.
Written responses shall include:
1) Current office size, personnel description, workload and all outside contractors to be used
2) List all other corporate names or individual names under which the construction company or individual is currently doing business within the state of Arkansas
3) Projects currently under contract with State Agencies or Education Facilities
4) Similar project experience with providing services in a timely manner
5) Submit proof of Current professional registration from the appropriate State Board for the architect and sub-contractors
6) Submit proof of current professional liability insurance coverage for the construction company
7) Submit EEO policy
Professional Services Required:
The construction manager selected must be able to perform the following functions: Cost estimating, project observation, and construction administration and project closeout.
