Brownfield Assessment
Project
West Central Arkansas Planning and Development District (WCAPDD) is seeking Qualifications and Proposals for a Consultant to complete a “Federally Funded” community-wide assessment and develop an inventory of brownfield sites, complete Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs), Remediation Action Plans (RAPs), and contaminated property development/reuse plans on selected sites to position the sites for redevelopment (Project).
All respondents must be registered and have an active registration in SAM.gov .
Proposals and qualifications will be received for thirty calendar days from the date of the first publication. All responses should be enclosed within an envelope/package and clearly marked “WCAPDD Brownfield Assessment Project” on the outermost envelope/package. The outside of the envelope/package not being properly marked may result in the request for qualifications and proposal not being received by WCAPDD before the deadline and could result in the proposal being disqualified.

Deadline for submission is 2:00 pm, on Wednesday, May 8th, 2024. Any submissions received either by mail or hand delivered after 2:00pm will not be accepted.
Interested parties are invited to secure a RFPQ package from Loren Morphew, Project Manager, WCAPDD, 1000 Central Avenue, Hot Springs, AR, 71902, 501-525-7577, or via email Lmorphew@wcapdd.org .
All interested parties must submit their response to the RFPQ to the address above no later than the date and time identified above.
