Public Notice of RFP for Administrative Services
Hazard Mitigation Grant Program (HMGP)
Poinsett County is interested in acquiring the services of an individual/firm to prepare a grant application and administer the update of a hazard mitigation plan project. You will be applying for the HMGP Grant from the Federal Emergency Management Agency and updating the Countywide Mitigation Plan.
Procedures for selection on an individual/firm will be in accordance with the Federal Procurement requirements. All responses will be evaluated in terms of specialized experience and technical competence; performance; capacity and capability of the firm/individual to perform work; and proximity to and familiarity with the project area. Negotiations will begin with the respondent obtaining the highest score in the evaluations process.

Deadline to submit RFP to the County Judge’s office will be 1:00 pm, April 26, 2024.
