NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR
QUALIFICATIONS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Request for Qualifications will be received by the City of Cabot for the following:
UNTIL: April 10, 2023 @ 2:00 p.m. local time
RFQ: Cabot Justice Center
ITEM: Construction Management Services
The City of Cabot invites interested Construction Management/General Contractor Teams (CM) to submit a written Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) to perform Construction Management Services for a Justice Center.
The City of Cabot supports equal opportunity, therefore minority and women owned business enterprises are encouraged to participate.
Only those firms or individuals submitting letters of interest and completed proposal packages which best meet the needs of the City of Cabot will be considered, regardless of past contracts with the City of Cabot.
The City of Cabot encourages participation of small, minority, and women owned business enterprises in the procurement of goods, services, professional services, and construction, either as a general contractor or sub-contractor. It is further requested that whenever possible, majority contractors who require sub-contractors, seek qualified small, minority, and woman businesses to partner with them. This project is open to all qualified historic preservation consultants regardless of race, color, religion, national origin, gender, age, military status, sexual orientation, or physical disability.
The City reserves the right to reject any and all submittals. The City of Cabot is not responsible for lost or misdirected submittals.
This publication is being done at the request of the City of Cabot. This publication costs $282.60 and will be paid for by the City Clerk~Treasurer’s Office of the City of Cabot.
