NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS
Sealed bids will be received until 2:30PM, February 15, 2023 in the Conference Room, Division of Building Authority, Construction Section, 501 Woodlane, Suite 101N, Little Rock, Arkansas for the following:
Installation of Security Cameras at the Conway Human Development Center located in Conway, Arkansas for the Arkansas Department of Human Services PR #7102213
There will be a Pre-Bid Conference held at 9:00AM on February 8, 2023 at 150 East Siebenmorgan Road, Conway, Arkansas 72032. The State reserves the right to schedule additional meetings.
BID DOCUMENTS: The official version of the complete set of the Contract documents should be examined and are obtainable from Southern Reprographics, 901 West 7th Street, Little Rock, Arkansas 72201 (501)372-4011. Bidders must deposit a check in the amount of $100.00 per set, payable to Bernhard TME. Deposits will be refunded to Contractors who submit a bid and return the documents in good condition within 10 days after the receipt of bids. Partial sets will not be available. A bidder receiving a contract award may retain the bidding documents and the Bidder's deposit will be refunded. Bidders requiring additional sets may purchase bidding documents through Southern Reprographics.

A bid security in the amount of 5% shall accompany each bid, if the bid is in excess of $50,000.00.
Pursuant to Ark. Code Ann. ยง 22-9-203, the State encourages all small, minority, and women business enterprises to submit bids for capital improvements. Encouragement is also made to all general contractors that in the event they subcontract portions of their work, consideration is given to the identified groups.
The State reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any formalities.
