Sealed bids from licensed contractors for construction of City of Mineral Springs Wastewater Improvement Project in Mineral Springs, Arkansas, will be received by the City of Mineral Springs 310 E. Runnels St., P.O. Box 129 Mineral Springs, Arkansas 71851 until 1:00 PM on Wednesday February 21, 2024 and then at said location publicly opened and read aloud.
The scope of work consists of: Furnishing all labor, equipment, materials, supplies, and supervision necessary to replace approximately 5,000 LF of sewer main and manholes.
Instructions to Bidders, ACEDP grant requirements, Bid and Contract Forms, Plans, Specifications, and other contract documents may be purchased from the Engineer for $100.00 per set. No refunds will be made.
The owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. Bidders may not withdraw their bids within 30 days after the date of bid opening and must provide bid bonds as required. All bidding processes shall be in accordance with State law.
