Request for Proposals
Southwest Arkansas Planning and Development District, Inc. (Southwest) hereby invites all interested Certified Public Accounting Firms to submit proposals for the purpose of conducting an audit of the financial statements of the Southwest Arkansas Solid Waste Regional Management Board. The negotiated contract shall be for our fiscal year ending June 30, 2022, with an option to extend contract for up to four additional fiscal years.
Evaluation of bids will be based on: responsiveness to the request for proposal, relevant experience, availability of staff with professional qualifications and technical abilities, the results of external quality control reviews, and price.

Proposals must be received by Southwest no later than 5:00 p.m. Tuesday, November 1, 2022.
