Invitation to Bid
Subcontractor bids will be accepted by EWI, Inc. for the Atkins School District “Atkins Press Box” project. Proposals are due by, and will be accepted until Thursday, November 3, 2022 @ 2:00pm; at which time they will be privately opened. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope and turned in at the offices of EWI, Inc. located at 220 North Knoxville Avenue, Russellville, Arkansas 72801. Bids that meet or exceed $50,000 will require 5% bid security. Bidders may submit their proposals in person or via email to awoker@ewiconstructors.com . Bids must be filled out on the required bid documents. Any questions or RFIs regarding this project must be sent to Addison Woker at awoker@ewiconstructors.com .
The project consists of demolition of an existing press box and construction of a new press box. No pre bid conference will be held, but bidders are encouraged to familiarize themselves with the existing conditions.

All bids shall be submitted in accordance with all state, regulatory, and licensing requirements. All bidders must be licensed on the day of the bid. EWI, Inc. and Atkins School District reserve the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informality or irregularity in any bid. EWI, Inc. and Atkins School District encourages all qualified subcontractors to participate in bidding.
