Public Notice for RFQ for Engineering Services
City of Cabot has received funding from the U.S. Department of Commerce Economic Development Administration for water, sewer, and road infrastructure improvements at City of Cabot is interested in acquiring the services of an engineering firm for the above referenced project.
Procedures for selection of a firm or individual will be in accordance with state procurement requirements. All responses will be evaluated in terms of specialized experience and technical competence; performance; capacity and capability of the firm to perform work; and proximity to and familiarity with the project area. All RFQ’s will be evaluated by a committee appointed by the Mayor Ken Kincade. Negotiations will begin with the respondent obtaining the highest total score in the evaluation process after approval is granted from the Arkansas Economic Development Commission.
