NOTICE TO BIDDERS
The University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff will receive LETTERS OF INTEREST until
11:00 A.M. CST on December 14, 2022 for a Visbox Cube C4
It is our intent to award Visbox, Inc. as the sole source for the purchase of a Visbox Cube C4. Purchasing from Visbox, Inc. is the only way to ensure the product(s) listed is compatible with the existing Visbox learning content and equipment presently at the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff. Visbox is the only manufacturer that produces and supplies Visbox Cube C4, New Image Generator PC, NVIDIA Quadro RTX A5000 Projector, and Surround sound system upgrade.
THERE WILL BE NO SUBSTITUTE FOR THE SERVICES WE ARE REQUESTING. ALL MUST BE AS SPECIFIED. The service listing can be sent to interested bidders upon request by calling Patricia Cole at 870-575-8736.
