Invitation for Bid - Capital Fund Installation of eight (8) HVAC units, and upgrade the Electrical panel to 125 AMPs for service
The Housing Authority for the City of Arkadelphia (AHA) request SEALED bids from qualified contractors to provide the Carpenter Hill Development with the goods, and services required to install eight (8) HVAC units, including the Electrical Upgrades to 125 AMP services, water heaters and the replacement and/or repair of all drywalls, painting and detailed finish work as required for the said upgrades.
Beginning January 7th, 2024 the IFB will be available free of charge at the AHA office, located at 670 South 6th Street, Arkadelphia, AR 71923, or online at https://www.housingarkadelphia.org/ All bids submitted must be received no later than January 31, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. CST. A pre-bid walk thru will be held at the AHA office on January 17, 2024, at 10 a.m. All vendors are highly encouraged to attend.
This IFB contains specific submission requirements, anticipated scope, as well as terms, conditions and other pertinent information for submitting a bid for this service. All bids must be submitted on the forms furnished per the instruction and submitted in a sealed envelope plainly marked to show the address of the bidder, job number, date and time of bid opening.
