FLUID COOLER REPLACEMENT
OTTER CREEK ELEMENTARY
The Little Rock School District is requesting SEALED bids from qualified licensed contractors to provide for FLUID COOLER REPLACEMENT at Otter Creek Elementary .
A MANDATORY pre-bid meeting and walk-thru for this project will be held on January 25, 2023 at Otter Creek Elementary, 16000 Otter Creek Pkwy, Little Rock, AR 72210. This meeting will begin promptly at 10:00 AM. All potential bidders must attend this meeting to be eligible to submit a bid. Bid open will be held on February 2, 2023 @ 1:00 pm. Contractors may view via Zoom.

Contract Documents can be examined at Pettit & Pettit Consulting Engineers, Inc. 201 East Markham, Suite 400, Little Rock, AR (501) 374-3731. Obtaining contract documents through any source other than the Design Professional listed above or their representative(s) is not advisable due to the risks of receiving incomplete or inaccurate information. Contract documents obtained through the Design Professional or their representative(s) are considered the official version and take precedence should any discrepancies occur.
Bid forms are available online at https://lrsd.ionwave.net . Interested bidders must register at this site to download bid forms and submit a bid electronically. This is the preferred method of submission. Bidders must conform to the requirements of the Arkansas State Licensing Law for Commercial Contractors.
The District reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any formalities in bids received. Price alone may not be the determining factor. Award will be based upon those considerations, which are in the best interest of the District and will be made to the responsive, responsible bidder whose bid is judged to be the most effective and economical for the purpose intended, according to the requirements and specifications stated in the Invitation for Bids.
