Public Notice for RFQ Forensic Toxicology Trainer
Central Arkansas Planning and Development District, Inc. has received funding of a COAP- COSSAP Grant from the Arkansas Department of Finance Administration, Office of Intergovernmental Services which includes conducting forensic toxicology training for the Arkansas Coroners’ Association as relative to the opioid pandemic. Such training is also open for law enforcement and other first responders who respond to overdose calls to attend. Central Arkansas Planning and Development District, Inc. is interested in acquiring the services of a qualified Forensic Toxicology trainer for the above referenced grant award. Must be available to conduct training either in one central location or multiple locations throughout the State of Arkansas.
Procedures for selection of a firm or individual will be in accordance with state procurement requirements. All responses will be evaluated in terms of specialized experience and technical competence; performance; capacity and capability of the firm to perform work; and availability and familiarity with the project needs. All RFQ’s will be evaluated by a committee appointed by the Central Arkansas Planning and Development District, Inc. Negotiations will begin with the respondent obtaining the highest total score in the evaluation process.
