ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
Nabholz Construction will be accepting subcontractor bids on Tuesday, June 20th, 2023, for the Civic Plaza Rebid Packages, for the City of Fayetteville AR. Proposals will be due prior to 2:00PM, local time. All bid solicitation will be through Nabholz. Bidders may submit proposals by either submitting directly to the Building Connected site https://rb.gy/hj3v7 (strongly encouraged) or emailed to james.monhollon@nabholz.com This will be a private bid opening. A virtual pre-bid meeting will be held June 12th , 2023 at 1:00PM and can be accessed at https://rb.gy/o4btw . Any questions or RFI’s regarding this project can be sent to james.monhollon@nabholz.com by the bid question deadline of June 13th, 2023, at 12 noon.
Project Description:
The Civic Plaza Rebid Packages project includes, but is not limited to, the replacement of an existing City parking lot with a public park. The following packages are being bid: Structural and Miscellaneous Steel, Joint Sealants and Waterproofing, Plumbing, Pavement Marking, Architectural Precast Concrete, Site Concrete, and Pavers. All other bid packages have been previously bid.
EXAMINATION OF BIDDING DOCUMENTS:
Bidding documents, plans, and addenda shall be obtained through Building Connected at the following link: https://rb.gy/hj3v7 . Bid documents will also be available for viewing or purchase at the following locations:

All bids shall be submitted in accordance with all state, regulatory and licensing requirements, and all requirements of the Construction Manager’s Manual. To be considered, bidders must be licensed on day of bid. Nabholz Construction Services and the City of Fayetteville reserve the right to waive irregularities, reject bids, and postpone the award of any Contract for a period of time which shall not exceed beyond ninety (90) days from the bid opening date. Pursuant to Arkansas Code Annotated §22-9-203 Nabholz Construction encourages all qualified small, minority-owned, women-owned, or disadvantaged business enterprises to submit bids for this project.
