230 S. Main Street
The City of Warren Arkansas is accepting bids for the demolition of the building located at 230 South Main, Warren, Arkansas. The building is approximately 22,000 square feet. All material will remain on site and will remain the property of the City of Warren. The building will be brought down to existing concrete floor level of the building being demolished. Contractors must have a current license and current liability policy of one million dollars and must carry a standard Worker's Compensation insurance policy. Proof of insurance will need to be submitted at time of bid. Bid is due on March 1, 2023 at 10:00 am. Submit sealed bid to the Warren Mayor's office at 104 N. Myrtle, Warren, Arkansas 71671. Please mark "sealed bid for 230 South Main" on envelope. The City of Warren reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
