Separate sealed BIDS for the construction of the Water Distribution System Replacement Project to include the installation of approximately 3,325-L.F. of 8” PVC water line, 14,200-L.F. of 6” PVC water line, 4,470-L.F. of 4” PVC water line, and 350-L.F. of 2” PVC water line, including all necessary appurtenances will be received by the City of Clarendon at the office of Mayor Diane Cunningham until 11:00 AM (local time), on December 14, 2023 and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud.

Hardcopies of the CONTRACT DOCUMENTS may be obtained at the office of Civil Engineering Associates, LLC located at 515 Oak Street, Suite C, Conway, AR 72032 upon non refundable payment of $200.00 for each set. Electronic copies are available at no cost.
PAYMENT of this publication is the responsibility of the City of Clarendon, AR in the amount of $207.24
