REQUEST FOR ANNUAL STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATIONS, ENGINEERING SERVICES
The Clinton Water Department seeks Annual Statements of Qualifications from qualified firms to provide professional services including but not limited to the following categories:
1. Water and Wastewater Engineering Services
2. General Engineering
Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) will be received until 3:00 PM local time on December 28, 2023 at Clinton Water Department, P.O. Box 277, 368 Main Street, Clinton, AR 72031. Preference will be given to firms that employ at least one Board Certified Environmental Engineer (BCEE). Only one copy of a firm’s SOQ is requested. There will be no formal opening of the SOQs. SOQs will remain on file and will be considered current unless the Department is otherwise notified by the consultant.
Consultants may submit SOQs at any time after the deadline; however, failure to submit by the deadline may impact the firm’s opportunity to be invited to submit a project proposal. The Department reserves the right to reject any or all SOQs not in compliance with noted procedures if it is in the best interest of the public to do so and to waive informalities in the request for qualifications.
