NOTICE OF INTENT TO ISSUE A REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS FOR PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING DESIGN SERVICES
RFQ NO. 930-RFQ-2403
The Arkansas Department of Energy and Environment, Division of Environmental Quality is soliciting responses from qualified consultants to provide Engineering design services as defined by the TSS/Division of Building Authority Minimum Standards and Criteria (MSC) for an Abandoned Coal Mine Reclamation Project located near Midland in Sebastian County, Arkansas.
Arkansas Energy and Environment is seeking a qualified firm to:
• Provide professional geomorphic engineering design services for the production of studies, plans and specifications for the reclamation of abandoned coal mined land.
A detailed request for qualifications (RFQ) package will be provided to interested parties outlining the submittal requirements and selection methodology. Responses received for this RFQ will be used to screen prospective consultants. The Agency reserves the right to negotiate fees on a percentage basis, lump sum basis or an hourly not-to-exceed basis on individual project assignments as appropriate for the contemplated work.
The deadline for submitting detailed responses to this RFQ will be 5 PM CST, January 15, 2024.
